Held in a small, inclusive group setting, our workshop centres on creating a respectful, empowering learning environment. Grounded in Schema Therapy’s core principle of Limited Reparenting, our training models the therapeutic relationship as a space of nurturance, attunement, and safety.

We are now offering Schema Therapy Level 1 and Level 2 Accreditation workshops. These currently take place in person in our beautiful Sydney space. We are considering other locations, so please drop us a line if you’d like us to come to your city!
